FAQ

What should I bring or wear for my first visit?

If it's a tour or registration visit, you can just wear casual clothes or whatever you're wearing from work that day! If it's for a class, we recommend wearing cross training shoes and bringing a bottle of water! We also strongly encourage you to eat some fruit or other form of carbohydrates 30-60 min prior to your workout for energy :)

Pricing. How much are your memberships?

Generally speaking, you can decide to do our Drop-in for classes at $30/training class and our recommended membership that most start with will be dropping that price to $13/training class. We will go over all of our membership options and recommendations with you on your first visit.

Is this program for men or women?

Our training programs are built by trainers to accommodate most any fitness goal for all individuals.
